TYPES OF OBSTACLES AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

No

Constraints

Steps/corrective actions

1

1.  There is still a lot of data that is out of sync regarding alumni emails and phone numbers so that the Faculty's PIC Tracer has difficulty contacting and being integrated into the WA group

2.  There are still many alumni who don't care about charging calls tracer even though he has been given an official letter and the lure of prizes that are drawn every semester.

3.There are still some system weaknesses, namely the input data from the Alumni sim to the SIM tracer transfer database is not fully legible

4. There are still many alumni who fill in the salary column with the number "0" Zero or the "-" strip to keep the nominal wages secret

5. There are still many alumni who work as honorary teachers and are paid far below the UMP.

6. When uploading to tracerkemdikbud there is also the potential for data not to be sent because some of the answer cells are not detected by the website so they are considered "invalid".

7. There are still 4 Faculties whose tracer achievements are below 70%

1. Fix accounts that are still not in sync by resetting passwords focused on Faculties whose achievements are less than 80%.

2.  Coordinate again with the PIC tracer of the faculties with less achievement to emphasize filling in the income column in order to increase the KPI achievement.

3.  Increase the quantity of incoming data, where currently, overall alumni who graduated in 2019 are 65% data and alumni who graduated in 2020 are 70% data. This improvement will be carried out by means of special assistance and workshops at the faculty. This activity is also based on good communication activities between faculty PICs and their alumni through Whatsapp Group.

4.   The tracer team will coordinate with PPTI to develop a new system next year that can minimize the weaknesses and limitations of the system currently used from the ITB Career Center.
